Redesign a construction website
I was hired by a developer to help redesign the website of Elevate, a construction company. They wanted a more modern look to highlight their services and testimonials.

01 / Research
In order to understand the users of the site, I created a User Persona and Empathy Maps. It was important to include pain points to see how the site can be redesigned to help future users.
After understanding the user, the main takeaways are to have a simpler navigation and a site that builds trust
It was important to display the services, projects, and contact us information on the home page.
The home page should have "first glance" sections of everything the user needs
02 / Old Design
Below you can see the outdated design of Elevate. There are too many categories for the headers and the footer can hold more information.
03 / New Design
the new design of Elevate shows a hero image and a more organized navigation bar.
